Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers a mixed experience with clean rooms overlooking a quiet court, but they felt a bit small and in need of maintenance. The service varied from friendly and helpful to unhelpful at times. The location was great for accessing public transport but may not suit everyone. The dining experience had a decent range of selections but could be improved. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning but was impressed by its central location near St Lazare main station with easy access to public transport and shopping centers. The room size was a bit cramped, and the beds were pushed together, limiting the space available. The service from the staff, aside from one less welcoming individual, was generally supportive and friendly. Unfortunately, the dining options were of poor quality and overpriced, making breakfast a disappointing experience with limited choices. Overall, the hotel's convenience and friendly staff were highlights, but the room size and dining quality left something to be desired.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Gare St Lazare, making it a good choice for those using the metro/train. The rooms, though small, are clean, and the service provided by the staff is incredibly helpful and supportive. However, the dining options may not be as diverse as some would expect, but the spread includes a surprisingly good range of items. Overall, the location and service stand out as strong points of the hotel.
The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city, but some room aspects like the small size and water flow could be improved. The service was hit-or-miss, with a mix of helpful and rude staff. The dining options were decent with a good variety of breakfast items. Overall, it offers a convenient stay with a few drawbacks to note.
The hotel was a quiet place, so I wasn't bothered by any noise from outside. However, the room I stayed in was not clean, very small, and had a bad smell. The service I received was excellent, despite the initial cold and indifferent attitude. The location was close to various major tourist sites, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience turned out to be better than expected, with a good variety of food options. Overall, it had its ups and downs but was a decent stay.
The hotel is in a very fair price the St Lazare, which is excellent for those who came to Paris to shop. The rooms were small and 'shabby' with not right settled furniture, featuring a bathtub. The service, notably provided by the cleaning staff, was helpful and courteous, although I encountered the famous 'French shrug' response for certain requests. The location is outstanding, very close to Mateo and bus station, making it convenient to move around the city. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations, with very limited options that did not meet my expectations. The homemade tofu was not to my liking at all.
The hotel offers a spacious room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, ideal for a family of five. However, the room could have been better prepared prior to our arrival, not matching the pictures provided. The service, while basic in English, was helpful, although it seemed the staff were not entirely content with their roles. The location is exceptional, near major city sites and public transport hubs, yet issues like hot shower control were present. The dining options, though decent in variety, lacked hot food and were considered expensive. Overall, the hotel stands out for its convenient location and friendly service but falls short in room accuracy and dining value.
